Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at FriskyFizzyArts. This policy explains our terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges. If you have any questions, please contact us at friskyfizzyarts@gmail.com before making a purchase.

Digital products (STL files, CNC files, and instant digital downloads)

Because our digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical problem — such as a corrupted file, a broken download link, or receiving the wrong file — please email us at friskyfizzyarts@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will promptly re-send the file or provide a working replacement at no additional cost.

Custom and made-to-order items (custom portraits, personalized gifts, custom orders)

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun. If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or a refund.

Physical products

For any physical (shipped) products, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email friskyfizzyarts@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process any approved refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Because return/exchange requests may be made within the windows above, the request period will not expire before you have received your item based on our stated delivery timelines.
