Shipping & Delivery Policy
At FriskyFizzyArts we offer both instant digital downloads and select custom/physical items. Delivery depends on the type of product you order.
Digital products (STL files, CNC files, instant downloads)
Digital products are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. After your payment is confirmed, a download link is provided instantly on the confirmation page and sent to your email. If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or email us at friskyfizzyarts@gmail.com and we will resend it right away. No shipping fees apply to digital products.
Custom and made-to-order items
Custom portraits and personalized items are created after your order is placed. Typical production time is 3–7 business days before your item is ready or shipped. We will keep you updated by email throughout the process.
Physical products
Physical items are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days
- - International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. Any applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.
Order tracking & questions
If a tracking number is available for your shipment, it will be emailed to you once your order ships. For any questions about your order or delivery, contact us at friskyfizzyarts@gmail.com and we will respond within 2 business days.
